Wondering what size gift fits inside our crackers? You're in luck! Our crackers are designed to accommodate a variety of gifts, thanks to their generous dimensions. Typically, gifts measuring up to 11cm in length and 7cm in diameter fit snugly inside our crackers. Narrow longer gifts, such as our resin bookmarks, also fit with a looser tie to the ribbon.

If you happen to spill something on your cracker accidentally, simply clean it using a damp cloth. Gently wipe the affected area to remove any spills or stains. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these may damage the cracker's finish. Once cleaned, allow the cracker to air dry completely before storing or using it again. Whilst we offer the occasional Cracker bundle, we don't tend to include gifts in our crackers, instead allowing you to choose from our selection of cracker gifts. We have recently improved our manufacturing processes to enhance the durability of our ribbons by using heat to seal them. However, if you purchased your reusable crackers before August 2024, there's a chance the ribbons may fray after a few uses.

If you are experiencing fraying, please let us know, and we will send out new ribbons to you. If you need a quick fix in the meantime, you can trim the frayed edges with sharp scissors.

Your preference is important to us. As long as we have or can source the material you desire, we'd be delighted to craft some crackers for you without the drawstring. Simply contact us.

We initially included the drawstring to ensure that heavier items inside the crackers wouldn't cause too much excitement, and to keep precious or more delicate keepsakes safe and secure. However, we completely understand the excitement that comes with gifts falling out freely!

We recognise the benefits of both options and are happy to accommodate your preference. Just let us know, and we'll ensure your crackers are tailored to your liking!

Please keep in mind that the process of making the crackers and sourcing material may affect lead times, but we'll keep you updated every step of the way. Also, please note that custom-made crackers are non-refundable.

Unfortunately, individual cracker snaps are currently on the Royal Mail's list of prohibited items, preventing us from shipping them independently. However, cracker snaps can be included inside crackers when they are fully assembled and packaged.
